Save the Date! 2024 Meet the Candidates in Coachella, September 20
Save the date for the 2024 Meet the Candidates event at the Coachella Library (1500 6th St, Coachella, CA 92236) on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., hosted by Telemundo 15. This will be an opportunity for voters in Coachella and the surrounding area to get to know the Coachella Valley Unified School District candidates before the General Election on November 5, 2024.
Hernán Quintas from Telemundo 15 will be moderating the forum. This will not be a debate, but rather questions will be asked to candidates so they can express their views on local issues. There will not be an audience Q&A, but Alianza Coachella Valley conducted a community survey to determine the questions that the candidates will answer. The survey closed on Monday, September 16.

This is a FREE community event. The candidate forum will be conducted in English and there will be Spanish translation support for the audience members who need it. Childcare and snacks for the audience will also be provided.
